I’m Richard Rivera, founder of IRONGRID BIM. I’m a U.S. Army veteran with a background in mechanical systems, maintenance coordination, and facility operations.

I’ve spent years working in environments where accurate information, asset tracking, and clear documentation directly impacted maintenance efficiency, safety, and budgets. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to manage facilities using incomplete drawings and disconnected data.

At IRONGRID BIM, I apply that operational experience to build asset-driven 3D models that help owners and facility teams understand what they have, where it is, and how to plan for it over time. My focus is not design or construction — it’s clarity, reliability, and long-term usability for the people who operate buildings every day.
